  1. Get 3 cups self rising flour (a bit more for kneading and rolling)
  2. Take 1 stick cold salted butter, cut into pieces
  3. Prepare 8 ounce pack of cream cheese
  4. Get 1 cup cold whole milk (more if needed)
  5. Get 8 ounces good quality sharp cheddar cheese, finely shedded
  6. You need 2 tablespoons melted butter

  1. HEAT oven to 400°F. Lightly spray a cookie sheet or baking pan with no-stick cooking spray. (I used parchment paper).
  2. Place flour in large, wide bowl. Add butter and cream cheese to flour; cut (blend in) with fork or hands until mixture is crumbly and resembles cottage cheese.
