- Take 120 ml Mango juice
- Prepare 250 grams Cream cheese
- Take 200 ml Heavy cream
- Use 13 grams Gelatin
- Prepare 65 grams Sugar
- You need 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Get 50 grams Butter
- Use 100 grams Ritz crackers
- Get 1 dash for garnish Mint (if you have it)
