- Take bottom round beef roast (3- 4 lbs)
- Provide canola oil
- Provide garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper beef roast and sear roast in a tablespoon of oil. Place in crock pot.

- Give everything a stir to get it all blended. Cover and cook on low for about 7-8 hours. I was pressed for time when I made this last - so I cooked on low for four hours and on high for two hours. Was perfect!
