  1. First of all chop all the veggies. As we will work on high flame so there will be no time.
  2. Boil the noodles with some salt, strain and coat with 1 tsp oil. Cover and keep them aside.
  3. Now, in a khadhai or wok add some oil,to it add garlic, and then add in the veggies. Add green chillies. Stir fry at high falme.
  4. Now add in the Schezwan sauce, soy sauce. Stir.
  5. Add water and then add salt and black Pepper. Boil.

  10. Then flip, also maintain the flame at constant heat, keep moving it or the noodles will stick. Also, add enough amount of oil. My oil was rice bran so it imarted some yellowish thing to my noodle, you can use white vegetable oil, this might not happen.
