- Take 1 lb Ground Turkey
- You need 1/2 lb Mild ground sausage
- Use 2 large Egg
- Use 3/4 Sleeve Ritz Crackers.. Crushed
- Prepare 1 tsp Ground sage
- Get 1 1/2 tsp Minced garlic
- Take 1 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- Take 1 tsp Salt
- Provide 1 tsp Black pepper
- You need 1 lb Fresh spinach
- Prepare 2 tbsp Butter
- Prepare 1 medium Onion, chopped
- Use 4 oz Pepper jack cheese

- Add butter and onions to frying pan. Sweat onions on low heat until they begin to turn brown. Add spinach, cover and cook until nicely wilted.
