- Provide Soda / chill
- Provide Chopped parsley
- Provide Tempura flour

- Prepare Whipping cream

- Make the battle using tempura flour ( I use uncle barn's ) mix with chill soda water, chopped parsley ,salt and pepper to taste ,stir to mix well
- On deep fryer set on medium about 70 ,. Dip the fish in battle ..Deep fry until turn golden and crispy ..fry french fried ..
