  3. Prepare 10 slice bacon

  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp onion powder
  6. Use 1/4 tsp pepper
  7. You need 16 toothpicks

  1. if using toothpicks set in a small bowl and pour very hot water on them, then let them set about 20 mins
