- First remove the Bread crust(as shown below),then cut it into small piece and soak in water for 5minutes then Drain the water and mash it all.
- On the same bowl add the Meat,coriander,salt,garlic,pepper,Dhania,Thyme and one egg(mine was double york)then mix everything
- After all is well mixed up use a Spoon to scope the mixture and place it on your hands and form a ball shape.
- Next roll the Meat balls on the flour till it is well coated then dust off the excess (avoid putting the meatballs together space them out to avoid sticking on one another.
- On a large pan pour in your oil and let it heat up then put in the Meat balls and let them Brown then take them out of the oil once done.
- On to the same Pan,add the onions together with the cumin seeds and let them brown,then add the tomatoes,Tomato paste,turmeric garam masala,salt then lastly the plain Yoghurt then put in the Meatballs one by one and let them come to a boil for 25-30 mins for the spaghetti let the water boil the add them in with some salt.
- On the Meat balls add the Spagetti and mix together (optional)You can have them separately,And wallah 😁😁the Food is Ready.Serve when Hot🤤🤤🤤
