The ingredients needed to cook Broccoli Casserole:
  1. Provide 1 lb broccoli
  2. Provide 1 can (10.75 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  3. Take 2 large eggs lightly beaten
  4. Prepare 1 cup mayonnaise
  5. Take 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
  6. Provide 1 stick salted butter cut in pieces
  7. Provide 1 dash pepper
  8. You need 1/3 box Ritz crackers (one sleeve)
Steps to make Broccoli Casserole:
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Grease 10 x 13 baking sheet
  3. Steam broccoli until crisp tender (7 mins) then transfer it to a bowl of ice water.
  4. Add the following ingredients in a sauce pan stirring constantly until melted and combined.
  5. Drain broccoli, spread in baking dish and cover with mixture from sauce pan. Sprinkle with crackers and bake for 30 minutes.

Add the broccoli florets to a steaming basket and place it over a pot with boiling water. Cover and steam until just tender, then transfer the broccoli to the prepared casserole. Pour the cheese sauce over the broccoli and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
