  1. Provide Tofu
  2. Take Ground pork
  3. You need leek Japanese leek (finely chopped)
  4. Take Garlic (finely chopped)
  5. Prepare thumb length's worth Ginger (finely chopped)
  6. Take ☆ Sugar
  7. Prepare and increase to your preference ☆ Doubanjiang or Miso

  1. Cut the tofu into 1 cm cubes. If using silken tofu, lightly blanch (to prevent the tofu from crumbling).
  2. Finely chop the Japanese leek, garlic and ginger.
  3. Heat a wok, add the sesame oil and fry the ingredients from Step 2 (add the garlic while the temperature is low). Then add the ground pork and fry on high heat.
  4. Add the ☆ ingredients into a bowl and mix. Add the contents of the bowl into the wok and simmer.
  5. Next add the tofu and mix well.
  6. Let it simmer and then add the katakuriko slurry. Sprinkle a small amount of chopped green onion on top and you're done!
