  1. Take 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken (breasts or thighs or a combo)
  2. Get 1/2 cup soy sauce
  3. Get 1/4 cup brown sugar
  4. Take 1/4 cup honey
  5. Take 3 tbs rice wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  6. Take 2 tsp sesame oil
  7. Prepare 1 tsp garlic powder

  1. Cut chicken to 1 inch cubes. Place in slow cooker. Wisk all remaining ingredients (except cornstarch and water) together in a medium bowl until well combined and sugar is dissolved.
