The ingredients needed to make Salsa:
  1. Use 7 green chilies
  2. Get 4 small tomatillos
  3. Get 1 jalapeño
  4. Use 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  5. Use 2 cloves garlic
  6. Prepare 1/4 of an onion
  7. Prepare 1/4 pepper
  8. Take 1 teaspoon salt
  9. Prepare 1/2 fresh lemon juice
  10. Take 1/2 cup water
  11. Take 1/2 bunch cilantro
Instructions to make Salsa:
  1. Set broiler to 525
  2. Set green chilies, jalapeños, tomatillos, garlic, tomatoes and onion on baking sheet. Put in broiler for about 7 to 8 minutes. You want to make sure it's somewhat charred and getting soft. Flip and do the same on other side of green chilies, jalapeños, tomatillo. Make sure everything is charred and soft.
  3. Pull baking sheet out of broiler, set on top of oven and let sit for about 15 minutes until cool to handle.
  4. Add about a half bunch of cilantro in blender along with the 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon of salt, the juice of half a lemon and the half cup of water. Add the green chilies, tomatillos, onion, garlic, tomatoes.
  5. Before adding the jalapeño cut in half and scrape out the seeds, then add to blender.
  6. Blend until mixed well, then enjoy
