  1. Take 2 medium green tomato chopped
  2. Provide 1/2 tsp oil
  3. Use 1/4 tsp mustard seeds and cummin seeds

  1. Wash and chopped green tomatoes into small pieces. In kadhai add heat oil,do tempering of mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, turmeric powder,add green tomatoes pieces, salt, mix and add 1 glass of water, cover & cook on slow flame.
  2. When tomato pieces are tender,add red chilli powder and dhania jeera powder and jaggery,mix and cook for 1 min.
