- Put vinegar, salt , pepper,sugar,pickling spice, with red beets and juice from beets in a sausepan. Heat till sugar is dissolved.
- Peel eggs and put in your dish . Pour vinegar mixture over eggs. Put in fridge to chill. I let mine in there overnight.
