  3. Take whipping cream in a deep bowl.add sugar (caster or powdered) & beat till fluffy.add 2 Tbsp Plain Yoghurt in cream & beat at low speed till soft peaks are formed.
  4. Take a deep round bowl & lined it with cling film nicely.arrange orange slicez in bowl leaving minimal space in between.apply little cream over orange slices.
  5. Arrange cake pieces over cream & orange.fill up place with cake pieces & leftout orange pieces.
  6. Put the cake slices over cream & slight press them to fit tightly.fill up the gaps with small pieces of cake. Place leftout orange pieces (if any) over cake pieces.
  7. Place mixed fruits of your choice (cocktail).apply cream over fruits & cake pieces till all are covered in cream.
  8. Keep this bowl in fridge for least 3-4 hour to get comletely chilled. Then take out from fridge.place a flat platter over cake & turned it upsidedown.the cake will be placed over platter.remove the cling film from cake.
