  4. Then add sugar mix completely and then add safforn water (safforn mix in 2tbsp warm water) and cardamom powder and add 3 tbsp ghee.

  9. Roast the chana daal and then grind daal and coconut in grinder and make smooth mixture,add water if required
  10. Pour it in bowl and mix salt and tamarind water.
  11. Now make the tadka of mustard seed and red chilli in oil and pour onto it.chutney is ready
  12. For dosa batter soak rice,daal and methi daana overnight.
  13. In the morning grind it smoothly and put it in warm place for fermentation for like 10-12 hours.
  14. Once it ferment you can use it for making dosa,idli or uttapam.
  15. Now we will make sambhar.
  16. Add daal and all veggies in a cooker with salt and turmeric powder and take 4-5 whistle. (You can add any veggies if your choice)
  17. Once it settle down we add tamarind water.
  18. Now take a tadka pan. Heat the oil and put mustard seeds,red chilli, sambhar powder and put tadka in the sambhar and boil till desired consistency. (You can adjust masala acc to your taste again)
  19. Once it boil it's ready to serve
