- Get 1/2 kg Okra (bhindi)
- Take 3 medium onions sliced thicker

- Take 1/2 tsp chilli flakes

- Wash and cut the bhindi according to you choice and deep fry in a wok for 2-3 minutes. Remove in a colander.
