- Prepare 1 large Onion - diced very fine

- Use 6 clove Garlic - chopped very fine
- Take 2 cup Grated parmigiana & mozzarella (shredded)
- Provide 1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil for frying & dressing the stuffed musheooms

- Rub the portabella mushrooms to remove dirt. Chop stems & set aside. Rub inside ribs out of mushrooms
