  1. Prepare 130 grams Plain flour
  2. Provide 100 grams Butter or margarine for baking (unsalted)
  3. Provide 50 grams Sugar
  4. Provide 3 tbsp Milk or cream

  6. Bake in the pre-heated oven to 170°C (338 Fahrenheit) for 15 to 20 minutes. Check the colour now and then.
