- Provide 4 over ripe bananas
- Prepare 75 g butter (room temp)
- Take 100 g caster sugar
- Get 1 large egg
- Prepare 1 tsp vanilla extract

- Use 85 g dark chocolate chips

- Preheat your oven to 180C fan. Grease and line a loaf pan with baking parchment.
