  8. Add the coffee/espresso and milk to the crock-pot.  Whisk in the pumpkin, spices, sugar, and vanilla.
  9. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours.  Whisk again.  Ladle into mugs, and garnish with whipped cream and additional cinnamon.
  10. Put everything into your crock-pot. Float the cinnamon sticks, cardamon pods, and tea bags on top.
  11. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours, or until heated through.
  12. Press the tea bags against the side of the crock pot with a spoon get out that last bit of tea, and ladle into mugs.
  13. Throw it all in the crock-pot and mix it well.
  14. Cook on low for 4 hours.  Ladle into mugs.
