- Prepare 3 slices Bacon
- Use 3 tablespoons butter (melted)
- Prepare 4 slices Sourdough Bread
- Get 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- Prepare 4 slices Gouda Cheese
- Provide 4 slices Provolove Cheese
- Take 1 Tomato (sliced)

- Cut bacon in half and fry in skillet on medium high heat, around 4 minutes on each side. Set aside
