  1. Use 2 lbs ground pork (or beef - not too lean)
  2. Use 5 Ounces cheddar cut into 1/4 inch cubes
  3. Prepare 8 Smoked Bacon strips
  4. Prepare 2 Table spoons garlic powder
  5. Get 2 Table spoons onion powder
