- Provide 1 slab baby back ribs
- Get 2 liter root beer
- You need 1 tbsp onion powder
- Get 2 tsp white pepper
- Take 2 tsp ginger; minced
- Prepare 1 tsp garlic powder
- Provide 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Use 1 salt
- Get 2 tbsp cornstarch

- Place root beer and minced ginger in a small sauce pot. Reduce by 3/4.
- Cut ribs in half. Boil for 5 minutes. Cool down ribs.
