  1. You need 3 apples peeled and grated
  2. Get 2 tablespoons wheat flour
  3. Get 1/2 cup sugar

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon ghee in pan, fry cashews and take out on plate, keep aside
  2. In same pan add 1 more tablespoon ghee and roast wheat flour in it till it turn brown in colour. Take out in plate.
  3. Add more tablespoon ghee and grated apple and cook on high flame for minute and turn the switch to low flame.
  4. Add sugar and cook till sugar dissolve in it.
