Instructions to make Palak Paneer:
  1. Clean the palak in saltwater and cook for 2 mins in boiling water. Cool it. Add green chilli, ginger and garlic with palak. Blend it all together as a smooth paste without adding water.
  2. Heat the pan with butter. Roast the spices till it pops up. Add finely chopped onion and sauté till it turns golden brown.
  3. Add palak paste and mix well. Add Salt, turmeric, red chilli powder & Garam masala and mix well. Add 2cups water and boil in Low flame for 5 mins.
  4. Add paneer cubes and cook for 5 mins. Switch off the flame once gravy thicken. Garnish with butter or fresh cream.serve hot with chapati
