The ingredients needed to make Palak Paneer:
  1. Use 500 gm Palak (spinach)
  2. You need 200 gm paneer(pieces)
  3. Use 3-4 tomato Puree/ chopped
  4. Provide 1 onion
  5. Provide 1 tsp garlic Ginger paste
  6. Prepare 50 gm curd
  7. Provide 50 gm all-purpose flour/ maida
  8. Get as needed Oil
  9. Take to taste Salt
  10. You need 1/2 tsp Red chilli
  11. You need 1 tsp Coriander powder
  12. Provide 1 tsp Garam masala
Steps to make Palak Paneer:
  1. Firstly roast the maida. And cut the Palak and make paste of it.
  2. In a mixer make paste of onion, ginger and garlic.
  3. Chopped the tomatoes /tomato Puriand also cut paneer in small pieces.
  4. In a pan add oil and add ginger, garlic and red chilli, coriander powder, garam masala, salt,Also add onion and cook till red.
  5. To this add maida and curd.
  6. Now add paste in Palak and pieces of paneer.
  7. Cool for 5 mins and garnish with paneer and coriander leaves before serving.
