Steps to make Pao Bhaji:
  1. Wash and cut Cauliflower, Potatoes, Beans and Carrots into small pieces. Peel the peas.

  3. When the vegetables are done, take them out from water and then smashed them into a pulp.

When the smell of the spices came out, add the Vegetables Pulp, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder and Pao Bhaji Masala Powder in it and mix thoroughly and fry for 2 minutes.
  5. When the water is dried off, add Chat Masala Powder and Lemon Juice in the mixture and fry for 1 Mone minutes.
  6. Now the Bhaji is done.
  7. After that cut the Pao buns into half.
  8. Then put one spoon of butter in a frying pan. When the butter is melted, put the Pao bun in it and fry on both sides for 30 seconds.
