Steps to make Spicy Roasted Potatoes:
  1. Cut thick rounds of potatoes & add them to boilinğ water for few minutes. Remove & let them dry little.
  2. In a pan heat oil add jeera, finely chopped onions & saute. - Add ginger & garlic paste cook fr few minutes. - Add little chopped tomatoes & green chillies.
  3. Add salt, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, jeera powder, amchur powder & cook till all mix well & become little dry.
  4. In a flat pan add oil & place potato slices & fry till little brown. Add this masala on top & cook for smtime. - In a baking dish keep the potatoes. - Sprinkle coriander leaves, red chilli powder, lemon juice & bake on 180° fr 8-10 minutes
  5. If u want u can skip the baking step & make them in the frying pan & serve
