- Take 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- Prepare 250 g pitted dates
- You need 1 cup desiccated coconut
- Take 2 tablespoons honey
- You need 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- Take Coating
- Get 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut

- Process rolled oats, cocoa powder, dates, 1 cup desiccated coconut and honey in a food processor until almost smooth and well combined.
- Note: if you what the balls to be more chewy or date caramel, soak the dates in hot water till soft before processing all ingredients.
