Steps to make Mughlai paratha:
  1. First chopped all the vegetables
  2. Chopped cabbage
  3. To Make a soft dough take big bowl add whole wheat flour, butter and salt knead with warm water to make a soft dough
  4. Rest it for 15-20 min
  5. I had used wheat dough bcoz it's was more healthy than all purpose flour in wheat flour no use to add baking soda
  6. Heat the kadai add butter
  7. Add ginger and garlic
  8. After that add chopped onion
  9. When onion get light brown then add green peas
  10. When green peas get soft add chopped cabbage
  11. After that add boiled mash cauliflower and potato sauted for 1 min
  12. After that add all masala and shezwan chutney
  13. Mix it well add salt
  14. After that add grated paneer, carrot and chopped capsicum
  15. Mix it well saute for 2 min add chopped coriander leaves
  16. Then take a big round dough
  17. Make a big round roll
  18. Add suffing in a medium
  19. Then cover it with four sides
  20. Then slowly press it with hand
  21. After than heat the tawa place the paratha in the tawa apply oil or butter on both side of the paratha to make crispy
