Steps to make Samosa:
- First, for the pastry we are going to make the dough. Take a bowl add flour, salt, ajwain and oil. Mix it very well unless it gives you a bread crumb like texture. - Take a pan pour refined oil for deep fry make the flame high and fry the samosas gradually and stir it make it light brown.
- Your singara or samosa is ready to serve. Serve with green chutney and tamarind sauce.
