  2. Provide 800 grams fresh cauliflower
  3. Prepare 600 grams fresh broccoli
  4. Get 2 eggs
  5. Take 80 grams parmesan cheese
  6. Take 70 grams cheddar cheese
  7. Get 50 grams heavy cream
  8. You need 1 dash nutmeg
  9. You need 100 grams cheese cream
  10. You need 1 salt and pepper to taste
  11. You need 2 tbsp butter or olive oil for smashed cauliflower
